I help businesses craft and share engaging stories that connect with their target audiences. With over 30 years of experience as a writer, editor, and social media expert, I've written and edited thousands of articles, books, white papers, and more on a wide range of topics, especially on tech topics. As a content strategist, I have led and developed content teams, coached and mentored writers, and managed editorial calendars and content performance. Most recently, I was senior content marketing manager at Redis, where I put sparkle into everything from blog posts to product landing pages -- and I generated results to back up the value of doing so. That was accomplished by establishing social media strategies for content marketing websites and journalism outlets, with a few oh-my viral posts now and then.
