As the leader of McKinsey's Implementation practice in North America, Eugene helps companies design and deliver large-scale, multi-year transformation programs to strengthen operational performance. With a focus on making change sustainable, Eugene helps clients build their leadership and managerial capabilities to drive long-term improvements. During his almost 20 years of experience he has worked across numerous sectors, focusing primarily in operations-intensive sectors such as industrials, consumer and mining. He is also the Managing Partner of McKinsey's Denver office.
