I am Fabián Szulanski, a strategic innovation consultant. My professional origins start with a BSc in Transportation Engineering. I specialized in Systemic Thinking and Systemic Innovation, completing courseware of both a master's and doctorate programs, respectively. My value proposition is integrated by: 1- Consulting services for addressing complex strategic problems, that challenge leaders of all types of organizations and institutions. 2- Advisory and counseling services, aimed at decision-makers of all kinds of organizations and initiatives, to accompany them while they tackle their most relevant challenges. 3- Collaboration with heads of functional areas to co-design and implement organizational transformation programs in highly complex and uncertain contexts During my career, I have nurtured my personal and professional capacities, strengthened my adaptability and flexibility, consolidating an integrated view of the world, organizations and human beings. My experience has been enriched in different contexts: - in the accompaniment of commercial ventures, - in managerial training, - in the facilitation of team activities, - in undergraduate and graduate university teaching, - in entrepreneur mentoring, - and in consulting in educational and corporate environments I have recently: Been appointed Director of LXD Lab, a learning experience design consulting firm. Launched as co-Director, a graduate program in digital business ar UCEMA, having serviced its second cohort.. Co-founded, together with USA consultant Doug Breitbart, The Values Foundation, whose mission is to improve the world by values alignment of global organizations. Its service offerings are channeled through the consulting firm ValuesCo. ValuesCo flagship and kickoff service is the Values Audit™, and then continuing with the alignment process. The Values Foundation Press, publishing arm of the Foundation, has launched in 2021 the book Transcending the Personal Apocalypse: Replace your Beliefs, Revitalize Your Future.
