Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked on every aspect of software delivery—from coding, architecture, program, and project management to leading a large-scale portfolio across Asia-Pacific. As the VP, Head of Delivery APAC at EPAM Systems, I currently oversee a $100M+ portfolio, helping global clients transform their delivery organizations, adopt Agile ways of working, and build high-performing teams ready for the challenges of modern digital product development. I’m passionate about understanding the needs of businesses, shaping technology-forward solutions, and building teams that thrive in today’s high-pressure and chaotic environments. Whether it’s driving engineering excellence programs, championing a product mindset, or helping clients navigate cloud, DevOps, and generative AI transformation, I enjoy rolling up my sleeves and staying close to the fundamentals of the work. I champion an Agile delivery approach for our clients and help coach teams to level up. I love to learn about different industries and businesses. My experience spans financial services, retail, digital native, and other sectors, but what drives me is seeing teams grow and deliver meaningful digital products, delight users, and help businesses thrive. Previously, I’ve also spent years leading our pre-sales team in Europe, which gave me a deep appreciation for the entire lifecycle of an engagement—from scoping and estimation to execution and beyond. It’s been a rewarding journey, and I’m always eager to learn and share knowledge with others.
