Summary

Drawing from a passion for customer service I have developed my career over ten years from an IT technical role to positions in management and consultancy. Proven achievements in boosting productivity, increasing customer retention, establishing process and procedures, enhancing market share, implementing technical and management systems and successfully project managing the deployment of systems such as SOE (Standard Operation environment) in which leadership and client management were key factor to secure the complete success of the project. I am a highly adaptable professional with exposure to the operational needs of a diverse range of companies and industries (InfoTech, banking, telecom, defense, service, retail) at different stages of the business cycle and with a demonstrated ability to: see the "big picture", identify business drivers, formulate strategies and implement business plans for a proactive business solutions. I cultivate the ability to develop relationships with colleagues and clients, a skill honed from experiences in Australia, UK, Germany, Switzerland and Colombia; some of which required direct hands-on in managing people from many backgrounds and cultures. My experience and drive is supported by relevant post-graduate studies in management and the completion of an MBA program at MGSM - Macquarie University Sydney. I have ongoing interests in the latest management tools and concepts, which has been supported by the membership of the Australian Institute of Management, further education in this field and continuos participation with MGSM alumni and professional networks. With technical and consulting experience, I have built strong relationships with key executives in a range of high profile organizations such as: Deutshe Bank, Royal Australian Navy, KPMG, Arthur Anderson, Optus, Vodafone, RAMS, ComTech Communications, Genelle, Simoda, Pinpoint, J&J, Network Seven, Nestle and others.
