Summary
Dr Fola Yahaya is an AI expert, published author and the Founder of Strategic Agenda, a global strategic communications consultancy which for more than 20 years has been helping clients like the UN share compelling stories so that the right people do the right things. Fola received a PhD from the London School of Economics (LSE) where his research centred on the impact of the digital divide between the information haves and have nots. Prior to founding Strategic Agenda, Fola worked as an economist for the United Nations, an e-strategist for Morgan Stanley and as an Information Architect for clients including the Government of Qatar and the UK Foreign Office. He has written three books, with two: Quite Possibly the best book on the Economy and Quite Possibly the best Introduction to AI due for publication in 2025. When not researching the promise and peril of AI, Fola is usually on a squash court, losing to one of his two sons, coming up with ideas for new books or dreaming about magic tricks to earn his place in the Inner Magic Circle. Specialities: AI, Machine Learning, E-strategy, Strategic Communications, Information design, Digital strategy, Information architecture, Localisation, IT Strategy, Information infrastructure.
