Summary

I have dedicated the last 20 years of my professional life to working co-creatively with organizations to deliver performance and culture transformations, and enhance leadership effectiveness. In August, 2010 I founded Co-Creation Partners, a firm that seeks to bring the best of this work to clients across North America. Prior to founding Co-Creation Partners, I worked with McKinsey and Company for 11 years most recently as a leader in their Organization practice in North America and before that in South Africa and the Marketing Practice, North America. My journey in this space started with work I did on myself and my organization. In 12 months we were able to step change both performance and employee engagement. Also, after many years I felt an enormous sense of wellbeing and vitality from connecting to meaning and developing a deep awareness of my internal processes and mindsets. Since then I have applied my expertise in both designing such programs and facilitating experiential workshops that drive transformational shifts for Top Teams and frontline employees successfully. I have worked across multiple industries and business challenges (operational improvements, high performance culture, mergers, sales transformations, turnarounds). Some of my recent work includes: Designing and implementing a change management program for the leading bank to drive customer centricity and enhanced sales effectiveness Leading the change management and culture transformation aspects of a lean transformation at a leading Chemical manufacturer in the US Transforming limiting leadership and frontline mindsets and beliefs at a leading financial services company in North America in support of a CI program Co-leading a multi-year leadership development program for the top 160 leaders at a family owned business in India Creating and implementing a comprehensive Performance Transformation (strategy, culture, org design and TTE) program for a Leading Health System in the US.
