Summary
As a career recruiter, I'm passionate about recruiting in progressively complex environments in high-growth industries and across many disciplines. I've worked for several different companies across multiple sectors, often with a focus on renewable energy, information technology, biotechnology and pharmaceutical product development. I love recruiting for companies, and I love the connections I get to make with candidates just as much. I have been invited to speak on topics such as professional development and an individual’s role and impact on solving real-world problems. I have been awarded scholarships at the NC School of the Arts and University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and also studied at California College of Arts, the Instituto Allende and the Universidad de Guanajuato, Guanajuato Mexico. I received a BA at UNC Chapel Hill, and continued in the Graduate Program in Social Work, focusing on organizational psychology and grass-roots development. My skills and strengths include program development and talent acquisition, top-notch sourcing and recruiting skills, entrepreneurial initiatives, and creative problem solving. I am a team player with an ability to work under pressure situations as a manager or individual contributor. I acknowledge that I live and work on the unceded traditional and ancestral village sites of the Multnomah, Wasco, Cowlitz, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Bands of Chinook, Tualatin Kalapuya, Molalla, and many other tribes who made their homes along the Columbia River creating communities and summer encampments to harvest and use the plentiful natural resources of the area.
