This is a fascinating time to be involved with companies striving to meet the challenges of enticing, engaging and retaining their employees. The new tools and ways people are interacting with their work product and each other are in the middle of a massive shift from siloed unfriendly "applications" to in-context, integrated digital experiences. The Consumer experience has raised the expectations of the workforce that things should just work, and be purpose-built - when, how and where they are, and in ways they are used to based on their non-work experience with tech.....there IS an App for everything in real life so "why do my work tools suck so much!" I am a veteran of knowledge solutions, and broadly experienced with visioning, defining, building, launching and managing business productivity applications from concept, to definition to design. I am passionate about team and business building and have accomplished it with great success. I thrive articulating the bridge between business objectives and the application of technology to achieve them. I ruin many a fine summer night's walk on the golf course, love rich earthy Cabernets and worship musical genius.
