Summary
An experienced tech investor having spent 25 years focused on the South Asia and Indian internet ecosystems across three very different roles - corporate development/m&a, late stage private equity and early stage venture capital - which has provided a unique perspective on the broader region. Currently the managing partner at Jungle Ventures, a early stage venture capital firm based in Singapore, but focused on businesses based in SE Asia and India. Jungle is one of the regions largest independent venture capital firms and we have worked with the region's most exciting founders to help them build high growth, capital-efficient technology companies that stand the test of time. Currently on the board of Kredivo, Sociolla, Kiotviet, Believe, Saltmine, Sleek and AMP, but have the pleasure of working closely with many of the Jungle founders. Previously, was the internet sector lead at TPG Growth, part of TPG Capital, and focused on tech investments around the globe. Prior to TPG, was Managing Partner of Xplorer Capital, a growth equity venture capital fund focused on internet opportunities in the Emerging Markets, and prior to that was the Head of International M&A at Yahoo! Inc.
