Summary
In the past 22 months at Dialpad I stretched myself to work harder, take the lead, and achieve more than I've ever done before. The results: Member of an award-winning support team (Yes, there's awards!), improved internal cross-functional communication in key areas, polished the heck out of our products through testing, ensured Sales and Support teams had consistent, critical information resources, led a team that organized and launched a company-wide sales lead contest, organized quarterly lunch & learns, and organized company Super Fun Friday parties and other office events. I also networked hard in the Vancouver tech scene to spread word of our services, generating three sales leads (a potential 600+ seats) and referred seven software engineers for hiring consideration. I did the dishes, the messes, and the other unofficial office duties that kept being left to the same people. I'm really proud of these achievements and looking for a company that has a strong culture that enables people to achieve such results to push the organization forward. If you feel like your company is such a place, please get in touch.
