Summary Thanks to the intense training at Price Waterhouse, I spent over 20 years as the Lead Project Manager/Architect of $300K to $10M projects. Mentored team members, delivered executive presentations, and mostly delivered fast under-budget results. Experience and knowledge with the right team mix have been demonstrated that the size and name of the firm is NOT what counts to deliver a successful project and make the sponsor a winner. My first MDDB project was over 25 years ago with Express. Since that time, the business problems have remained fairly similar..just more complex. The technology has evolved from Time Share, Client Server, Thin front ends, MPP platforms, the Cloud, and Hybrids. Delivered on all of them. Now working with real-time analytics and MDM platforms with almost unlimited data types and volumes while still delivering sub-second responses. Some with machine learning and AI capabilities. The focus is automotive, healthcare, CPG, finance, oil & gas, pharma, and any industry drowning in data from too many sources and types. Architect, Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, DW/Analytics Remediation lead, and RFI and BRD/proposal development with an experienced background from over 50 successful BI/DW projects delivered all over the world in multiple industries.
