Summary
As Director of Engineering at Eastport Analytics I have the opportunity to explore the "realm of the possible" of technical solutions to Analyst challenges. Managing Eastport Labs, I have directly overseen the creation of several software solutions which have variably included dozens of commercial and open source products. Our development methodology draws heavily from the Agile paradigm and is implementation agnostic (.NET, JAVA, all DB platforms, etc.). Our continual research activities cast a wider net. We maintain applicable awareness of a complex market of analytic tools, development components, open source projects, methodologies, academic research, national laboratory endeavors, etc. If it can (or claims to) help an Intelligence Analyst we want to understand it. I have extensive experience managing small to large technical projects for Government and Commercial clients using a wide variety of techniques (from PMI to Agile). Domains where I've helped customers include counterintelligence, counter terrorism, competitive intelligence, medical technology, and banking. Specialties: Project Management, Software Consulting, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, TS/SCI, Web Development, Government, Financial, Medical Technology, Agile, Rapid Application Development, Analytics, Data Analysis, Intelligence Analysis, Counterintelligence, Anti-money laundering, visualization,
