Summary
I develop ideas and strategies for increasing people’s knowledge and capability, using behavioral science, systems thinking, and building software to scale their impact. Founding a small software company gave me a head start in understanding customers and designing for users's needs, learning how service design makes better software, and owning a P&L. As a consultant building capability, innovation and technology platforms and programs showed me how to implement and scale inside companies, and my work here at Novartis has taught me strategy, systems thinking, leading product development, global team leadership and how to deliver capabilities and change across a global, matrixed organisation. My skills profile: BEHAVIORAL CHANGE Integrating Behavioral Science, Service Design, and Systems Thinking CAPABILITY BUILDING Specialising in Innovation, Product/Agile, Collaboration, Remote/Hybrid Working, and Data Science and AI STRATEGY Diagnosing, creating and leading strategies that use a systems and human-centred approach to deliver change and drive value LEARNING INNOVATION Designing, measuring, and using technologies to scale learning impact
