Hal Josephson is the Founder of MediaSense in 1980, an international business development firm specializing in teleconferencing, trans-border economic development, strategic marketing and special project management. International clients since have included: Apple, Motorola, AT&T, Electronic Arts, InfoTech Canada, Reed-Midem, Australia Multimedia Enterprise, InternetWire, ATEED, NZTE, CHQ & Callaghan Innovation. In Hong Kong, MTR & HK Cyberport and in Shanghai, Shui-on corporation. In addition to work in the private sector, Hal has consulted with the Chinese, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand governments to help these organizations develop and implement strategies and programs to expand their export potential as well as bring investment and business in-country. Hal is a designer, organizer and producer of over 50 thought leadership and/or innovative business events for the high-tech sector including the Digital Entrepreneurship Leadership (DELF) Forum in HK for over a dozen years running and now DELF OZ. During the past decade, Hal has been Program Chair for AUT's Project Connect conference series & The Project Connect "Great Minds Thinking Differently" program. Hal currently is a strategist for disruptive companies entering new markets & facilitates strategic planning workshops and lateral thinking off-sites for high-tech IP-based "go/grow" global from day 1 businesses. Specialties: strategic biz/dev & marketing, international business development, "thought leadership" event design and conference program delivery. Additionally, trans-border market development with special focus around the Pacific Rim including China, New Zealand, Australia, California and Canada - specifically, building supportive business networks as well as fostering & creating partnerships and alliances.
