As a product leader, I’ve helped shape the strategies of the world’s top cloud providers—Google, Oracle, and IBM. At Google Cloud, I earned 14% of our Gartner MQ score and helped retain $100s of millions in at-risk accounts by aligning reliability product roadmaps with customer trust. At Oracle, I saved $10s of millions in credits by untangling GTM conflicts, and crafted the first portfolio-level AI/ML product narrative. I’ve driven alignment across organization boundaries and influenced reliability principles across Alphabet. Before my cloud career, I co-founded and grew startups in adtech, greentech, and mobile gaming—from bootstrapped to funded to acquired. I’ve launched and monetized apps with 100M+ downloads, scaled ad networks to 300M impressions/month, and planted 460,000 real trees through a virtual goods platform endorsed by the UN. Now, I’m building new products in cloud reliability and packaged food—shipping, testing, and iterating with end users, from SRE teams to 1000+ parents and kids.
