Currently leading the development of our next-generation AI-enabled business automation software and several of IBM's core software products such as MQ and IBM Process Mining, as well as the IBM France R&D Center at IBM, helping companies drive business agility in their operations with the world's leading platform helping organizations apply AI and other technologies to improve processes, decisions, and content management. Previously led WW sales for Optimization software at IBM, driving a strong business turnaround after 18 months. Led sales in EMEA region for ILOG software acquired by IBM, managing a $80M budget and a team of 150, with consistent revenue growth and profitability. Led tripling of consulting revenue for EMEA region over 3 years. At Bridgespan, managed large-scale hosted SaaS solution for the mortgage industry. Led rules-based applications, advanced optimization projects, computer language development, paperless mortgage projects, and many others.
