As a highly committed senior executive and board director, Kathy Harris has significant expertise in corporate development initiatives, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and growth investing. Completed 15 acquisitions at Sharecare ranging from pre-revenue to more than $200M in revenue. Transactions were across the enterprise, provider, consumer, and life sciences channels, with the most notable being the acquisition of Healthways’ $250M population health division that brought meaningful scale to the company. Capital Raising. As an executive with Sharecare, leveraged relationships with investors and lenders to assist in raising more than $450M in private debt and equity capital. Venture Capital. Through her work with Noro-Moseley Partners, contributed to scaling the firm’s market share within the healthcare sector, including high-growth software and services companies. Initial Public Offerings. Extensive experience in all facets of pre-IPO planning and IPO transaction execution, including valuation, due diligence, and partnering with auditors, attorneys, and investment bankers. Spent 10 years in investment banking with an industry focus in financial services, healthcare, and consumer products companies. Financial Expertise. Launched career as a CPA with KPMG’s audit department, where she gained experience in a variety of industries in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Leadership Recognition.
