Summary

I am the Founder, CEO and Owner of the reflact AG. A leading player in the field of Digital Learning and Change. I am not only digital but also passionate about being on the ground. For instance, as a board member of the regional Business-Partner-Club e.V. Before that time I generated extensive experiences as consultant and trainer in the area of change management. The foundation for my fascination on these issues is based on some important years of research at the well known University of St. Gall. The reflact AG offers innovative solutions for the support of communication-intensive management processes. Today this includes inparticular Virtual Conferencing, Learning Management, Feedback and Content Creation. reflact is reperesenting Adobe Learning Technology as the official Competence Center in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. In some of our presentations we summarize the following three starting fields of activity. Nevertheless these are categories not solutions delivered through projects that are challenge, fun and success. I.
