Summary
Heather is founder of Caspian Agency, a worldwide strategic conference agency and production company. She is also a dynamic speaker, MC and consultant. With a roster including Skoll Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Omidyar Network and Oxford University, Heather has developed a methodology to create a multi-year "event business plan" which helps organizations leverage events for maximum impact and results - over time. Additionally, Heather founded The Impact Lounge in 2024 which brings Changemakers and Filmmakers together. The Lounge debuted at the Sundance film festival with panels, discussions and networking. It then headed to the Cannes Film Festival to host a panel at the American Pavilion. Multiple dates are planned, which include the United Nations, Los Angeles, and future film festivals in the coming years.
