Adam Holt is a highly accomplished product management, design and innovation leader, with 20+ years experience building and cultivating high-achieving teams across Technology, Financial Services, and Telecoms companies. As the Head of Wells Fargo Innovation Center, Adam successfully assembled a top-talent 30-member team of product managers, UX / experience designers and user researchers. Adam's journey across the innovation landscape includes prominent roles such as Global Head of Product: AI, Mobile Banking and Emerging Tech at BBVA and Head of Product and GTM (later General Manager) of Tuenti Móvil (a startup acquired by Telefonica). Earlier in his career, he was Director of Innovation at T-Mobile, and founder of Axsy, an order-to-cash SaaS startup and early-mover in mobile card acceptance. Adam has received several industry awards and recognition for his work. From 2017 to 2019, BBVA’s global mobile banking app, which was designed and built under Adam’s leadership, was ranked by Forrester as the #1 global banking app for “combining exceptional functionality with the best user experience”. A respected thought leader and subject matter expert, Adam is a sought-after speaker and advisor on innovation. He is a regular host of Silicon Valley product and design leadership dinners, and speaker and panelist at several premiere industry events.
