Summary
For more than 25 years, Hugh has been delivering enterprise-wide operational transformation programs that leverage advanced technologies, data-science and a management consultants approach for rigorous analytics. He has been recognized as a North American pioneer in Intelligent Automation including Robotic Process Automation, Digitization, Application of Machine Learning and advanced algorithms, and his clients have built some of the largest multi-channel digitization and automation programs in their respective industries spanning Insurance, Banking, Telecoms, Healthcare and other industries. Hugh brings a wealth of experience having lead Insurance nationally at IBM Consulting and having a pioneering Intelligent Automation practice as well as the Performance Management & Analytics practice at The Burnie Group, as well as within his own private practice, Client Lens Group. He has also run customer analytics and database marketing departments at Nielsen and Telus, worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and has led large-scale departments at EDS managing Applications and Infrastructure Frameworks and Project Management Organizations in North America and across EMEA. Hugh helps clients develop deep data-focused insights informed by the drivers of business performance. He approaches transformation with a client-centred approach to streamline, simplify and automate complex multi-channel operations, so that customers are better served. He has enabled large-scale award-winning transformative change programs for many leading Insurers, Banks, Telcos and other leading firms.
