Summary

Through the last 25 years in technology I started in a systems manager moving into senior systems manager role and finally Director. Technology skills include IBM Collaboration Solutions, Office 365, Google Cloud, taxonomy, directory management, messaging platforms and more below. Strengths, knowledge and familiarity across Microsoft (Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange), Linux, CommVault, VEEAM, SolarWinds, IBM Domino, SMTP, LDAP and DNS. IBM Champion in Cloud for 2018-2019. IBM Champion in Collaboration Solutions from 2011-2017. I present globally at conferences, user group events and seminars on best practices in administration, deployment and management of IBM Lotus software, social identity, messaging migrations and directory architecture, BlockChain and collaboration Starting as a business analyst, I was introduced and trained in Lotus Notes administration starting in 1994. From running an OS/2 based Lotus 2.0 server I moved into managing, designing and troubleshooting some of the largest IBM Lotus Notes and Domino software and IBM Collaboration Solutions (ICS) installations globally across all platforms. I wrote the IBM certification exams in administration for: IBM Domino V6-9, IBM Connections V2-2.5, IBM Sametime V3-7: IBM Quickplace and the IBM Domino Security Exam Starting as the second employee in a data center at an Internet hosting start-up and colocation facility, helped grow the company to four data centers and multiple SaaS, IaaS and PaaS services. With the launch of the my first blog in 2004, it has now migrated into blogging, professional screencasting, podcasting, videocasting, editing, production, product and site reviews through Spiked Studio. We also present at social media events, conferences and trainings on security, usability and best practices in social networking sites and applications.
