Summary

I am heavily involved in online communities, providing community management, technical support, back end management, web design and graphic design. I have provided online support and conversation for the NFL's Superbowl chats, Martha Stewart Online, MTV and most currently, Epic Games. Online communities provide corporations with valuable feedback and unsolicited commentary on their products. Getting people to talk and listening to them is one of my strengths. I have also worked in just about every aspect of the Title Insurance industry, from courthouse work researching properties to regional management with First American. My favorite part of the business was working in IT as a network manager and software installer and trainer. I have also used my design skills to create company marketing materials such as brochures, pop up displays, promotional items and websites.
