Linda E. Laddin

Summary

I am a senior executive coach who works with senior executives and high potential leaders to support their development. As an independent coach and consultant, I coach senior managers in MNCs involved in financial services, pharmaceuticals, management consulting, insurance, telecom and other industries. I hold a BA from William Woods University and an MA in applied linguistics and adult education (TESL) from the University of Kansas. I've also done graduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in solution-focused brief therapy. Specialties: I'm based in France and work remotely in the US, UK, France and other countries. From 2002 to 2018, I was the principal consultant at Wise Resources Limited, the company I established in Hong Kong. I now work independently for a number of organizations in Europe and America. One of my specialties is helping individual leaders with self-management, conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity, communication skills, managing others, managing up and leadership presence. I've worked with many women leaders and have helped organizations develop their high potential women. Having lived and worked in Asia for 32 years, I'm able to help leaders learn to work effectively across cultures. I now work mainly in Europe and the US and also coach clients in Asia and elsewhere by remote connections such as WebEx, Zoom and Teams. Recently, I've begun working with people on the challenges we face as we age: isolation, anxiety about family, money, relocation, etc., health and wellbeing and other issues. I am a board-certified executive coach with the CCE, the Center for Credentialing and Education, in the United States.
