Summary
Senior Adviser at Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills. I work with competence development and fleksibel learning for adult learners. In 2021 i joined the team at EPALE Norge and have since worked with all communicatve activities related to the EPALE plattform, building relations and recruiting EPALE ambassadors. Previously, I have worked with basic skills, including digital literacy for adult learners. Further experience aquired are related to public procurement of digital tools, coding work and educational assessment. The work with an Erasmus+ projects led also to more experience with international relations. Previous other experience with project-management, development of content and digital platforms from working with the development of digital competence at the former national Center for ICT in Education. Employed as administrative projectmanager at the project about sleep deseases at Akershus Universityhospital. There I enjoyed to work at the interface of administration and research. Specialities: Project management, working at the Interface between different disciplines,international relations, event management, educational assessment, competence development, digital competance, university continuing education, pedagogical methods, flexible learning, e-learning, acedemic writing and research. My interest is also in the field of coaching and career guidance for adult learners where I am following an MA in carreer guidance.
