Experienced tech investor (B2B SaaS, AI etc.) focusing on strengthening tech companies' management, boards and international growth. Currently I am on the board of and work with a number of high growth tech companies including Neurons, OrderYOYO, Podimo, Raffle.ai, Creative Force, MapsPeople and Airtame. The skills I bring to the table include both operational and financial development. I am skilled in all phases of private and public capital investments, and have sourced and executed a large number of investments and exits. Most recent exit was the sale of Eloomi to Dayforce Jan. 24 and prior to this Monsido/Optimere exit to Civic Plus in June 2022. Both were some of the most successful exits in the history of EIFO/Vaekstfonden. As an entrepreneur I have co-founded two technology start-ups, held operational C-level roles in start-ups, and assisted start-ups in attracting venture capital financing. Internationally I have 5 years of working experience (New York and Israel). I hold a M.Sc. BA and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School and financial and entrepreneurial education from INSEAD, Harvard Business School and MIT. Specialties: Board work.
