At the helm of digital transformation for the last 20 years, I specialise in creating and executing strategies that leverage data and AI to revolutionise public and health sectors. My journey has been marked by the successful implementation of data platforms at scale (up to country level) supported by transformation design and implementation in complex organisations (20k+). As well as the creation of new service models utilising AI and AI-driven insights and coaching leading to more empowered citizens / patients and efficient operations. With my deep experience of health care data, technology and vendors, I am focused on supporting the integration of AI and generative AI in this area for consulting clients, boards I advice and CTO at AI startups. We are setting the stage for transformative changes that elevate both societal outcomes and organisational efficiency, which must succeed for us to maintain the care all of us will need in the future.
