With over fifteen years of consulting experience, I bring a breath of knowledge in Human Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain, and Financials. My expertise extends to both Workday cloud and PeopleSoft on-premises Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Workday Certified - Prism Analytics, HCM Reporting, HCM Core. I specialize in developing fully automated ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes, leveraging the Python programming language and the Pandas data library. My scripts seamlessly pull data from various sources, including text, Excel files, and SQL databases. This technical expertise enables me to implement production ready solutions for complex data challenges. A key accomplishment includes the development of a Python-based GUI (Graphical User Interface) tool. This tool facilitates the comparison of CSV-formatted data files and the conversion of legacy data into Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) templates and Workday data conversion file formats. The GUI has been instrumental in conducting thorough data file comparisons between PeopleSoft and Workday across multiple tenant builds—Testing, Parallel, Mock, and Gold. Handling over 90 files per build and approximately 500 total distinct runs and helping contribute to overall project implementation success. I am proficient at collaborating with stakeholders, understanding project requirements, and effectively prioritizing tasks, managing workloads, and meeting deadlines. My commitment to project performance is demonstrated by enhanced overall project visibility through the seamless integration of Airtable, a cloud collaboration service, and mobile device management with the data conversion GUI tool.
