Throughout my career, I've been deeply involved in pioneering creative, human-centric solutions that leverage AI-driven automation to shape future-ready workplaces. Beyond my corporate roles, I've served as Chief Entrepreneur in Residence at Western Sydney University and Entrepreneur in Residence at KPMG Futures, where I have supported emerging entrepreneurs and innovation ecosystems. I'm also proud to be the author of two bestselling Australian business books, "Unicorn Tears" and "Validate or Die," which focus on helping startups succeed through strategic innovation and rigorous validation. I hold a Master of Management in Strategic Behaviour from Macquarie University and serve as a Non-Executive Director at CHOICE, Australia's leading consumer advocacy organisation.
