Great marketing — the kind that builds trust, shifts perceptions, and drives growth — starts with an authentic story and a strong creative vision. It’s about deeply understanding your audience, choosing the right channels, and delivering ideas that stand out and stick. With 25+ years leading branding, marketing strategy, and execution for organizations—for and nonprofit, large and small—I bring a 360-degree perspective. I believe the best work comes from listening first: understanding your goals, your stakeholders, your realities (yes, timelines and budgets included), and then crafting strategies that are both imaginative and achievable. Good ideas matter most when they make an impact. At my core, I’m a collaborator and a planner. In the spirit of no surprises, I enjoy creating and managing a solid plan of action, keeping everyone focused on the goal and in the loop every step of the way. Today, I work with TSM Design’s creative and client teams to develop multi-channel communications that are on-brand, on-mission, and built to drive results.
