Summary

Curitivo Optimum - I have been disillusioned with the promise of “modern medicine” ever since I can remember. My experience with cancer is that doctors never try to find out the cause or try to fix it. Doctors and oncologists can only address the current problem. I have always pushed the envelope regarding technology. I consider myself as an ICT specialist in that when the popular view is that it is not possible, I will find a way to make it possible. At Curitivo Optimum I found the same specialisation attitude - find a way to make it possible, find the root cause of the problem, no isolation of problems but rather holistic problem determining and resolution. In the people that make up the Curitivo Optimum team/organisation I find a desire for thinking differently about the health challenges we are facing, and having the need for scientific resolution of these challenges. Human and Business Enabler - Enabling individual autonomy, building a trustworthy and focused personal identity in line with modern requirements and using appropriate tools. Preparing individuals to work in strong, caring and fit for purpose teams, especially when working remotely. Positioning teams to operate purposefully. Business Developer - Developing the internal workings of an organisation to ensure success, and the external way of working to form integrated partnerships. Evolving the human process with the business and other processes in order to allow transparency and speed of access to the customer. Growing a product and sales organisation that is not just focussing on the product, where the way of doing is also part of the service. Strategist - As a strategic thinker my goal is to help develop original and 'specific for purpose' strategic thinking. My background comes from applied scientific methods and I help employ systematic execution of strategies to maximise resources and focus effort. Utilising the dynamics of the strategy and execution of the organisation I help positioning for the future. Given purposeful functions each individual and organisation can be put on a track of ability enhancement, higher order function and quality of current skills application. Seeing the future is bound to be different compared to today, I also believe in capability realisation, building talent through appropriate behaviours and attitudes.
