Always on, fragmented af, never full attention; no thanks, exhausting, puke. Catalyze, make, help people who are starting. Without starting, there’s nothing. Try to work with, for, & against good people. Make shapes, color ‘em in, & use adult words to justify your pay. “Finished” is arbitrary much of the time.
