Specialties: Corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, media and technology matters, licensing (content and technology), strategic alliances. I am also a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Columbia Law School, teaching a course in entrepreneurship. Our course guides students through some of the unique aspects of the attorney-entrepreneur relationship in working with emerging-growth companies.
