Jay was a partner at WTI where he focused on providing venture debt financing to startup and growing technology and life science companies. Prior to joining WTI, Jay held business development and sales positions at Puma Technology (subsequently called Intellisync), Oracle Corporation, and SoftMagic, where he was a founder and VP of business development prior to its acquisition by Puma. Jay holds BS and MS degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
