Prior to this, I spent nearly 15 years at Genesys and SoundBite Communications, assisting financial services, telecom, utility, and retail clients in deploying SaaS solutions for marketing, customer care, and collection processes. A native of Boston, Massachusetts I have lived with family live in London England since 2010 and consider it home. I can be found at Craven Cottage supporting Fulham Football Club in the winter or at the Kia Oval enjoying Surrey and England Cricket in the summer.
