Humance professionals work at all levels to challenge the status quo and help organizations drive performance through meaningful culture. My approach is characterized by a strong combination of strategic thinking and a focus on ambitious, healthy and sustainable results. I work with leaders from a variety of sectors, spearheading numerous strategic mandates aimed at identifying potential, developing leaders and building optimal team synergy at the executive level. I also work directly with boards to help manage CEO succession and improve their own group dynamics. I had the opportunity to develop a genuine interest and solid expertise in equity, diversity and inclusion through ongoing volunteer work since my teenage years. My master’s thesis addressed biases that affect hiring decisions. I also contributed to various studies on women in leadership roles and how to break the glass ceiling. I am currently leading numerous client interventions focused on generating awareness and initiating concrete movement towards a more inclusive organizational culture. I love sharing my passion and expertise as a keynote speaker and media contributor.
