Summary

I’m a serial entrepreneur and trusted advisor to CEOs and Boards, with a proven track record of driving results across a broad spectrum of industries — including technology, healthcare, blockchain, and middle market companies. Currently, I’m a Co-Founder of Archimedes Venture Studio, where we partner with leading scientists and innovators from the Harvard, MIT, and Stanford communities to launch startups built around disruptive technologies. I also serve as Co-Founder and Advisor to Ethos.io, a non-custodial, multi-chain, high-security crypto wallet and mobile trading app designed to make digital asset ownership open, safe, and fair for everyone. In parallel, I am Co-Founder and Managing Partner at WaveEdge Capital, a global, independent investment bank headquartered in Silicon Valley which focuses on strategy, fundraising, corporate partnerships, and M&A execution. My background includes more than 25 years of investment banking and corporate advisory experience, including over a decade at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs in New York. I later founded Woodside Capital Partners, a Silicon Valley-based tech investment bank that served as the predecessor to WaveEdge Capital. Outside of work, I’m deeply interested in macroeconomics, global markets, philosophy, and climate change. I’m an avid skier, cyclist, and trader, and enjoy pickleball and poker.
