Jennifer Sobocinski

Summary

Jennifer is a Founding Partner of CarterBaldwin and leads the firm’s Industrial Practice and Technology Practices. Ms. Sobocinski has achieved regional and national recognition for her skill and expertise in executing CEO, “C” level officer, and VP level searches for public and private clients. Most of her clients range from Fortune 1,000 public companies to privately held/emerging enterprises in the manufacturing, industrial, and technology sectors. She has also successfully partnered across with country with numerous Boards of Directors of privately-held (often family-owned) businesses to recruit their first outside CEO and the necessary supporting executive leadership team. Under her leadership, CarterBaldwin was twice named to the prestigious Inc. 500 list of fastest growing privately held companies and continues to be named among one of Atlanta’s Top 10 Retained Search Firms. The recipient of numerous awards and recognition in the search industry, Ms. Sobocinski was recognized by Catalyst Magazine as being among Atlanta’s Top 50 Entrepreneurs. Prior to founding CarterBaldwin, Jennifer was the leading search consultant for one of Atlanta’s top search firms and began her professional career in the Financial Services Sector. Jennifer is active in supporting JDRF and became the chapter Board President in 2020 for JDRF, Georgia Chapter. Jennifer is also an avid proponent for Atlanta’s tech community, and most recently served on the Advisory Board for ReluTech. Prior to this she served a seven-year term on the Board of Women in Technology (WIT). She also volunteers her time at her children’s elementary school, where she was on the Board of PTO. Jennifer is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in International Business with a minor in Finance.
