Summary
Hello there. I’ve always been drawn to understanding how things work and how they could work better. That curiosity led me through decades of experience in technology and product, grounded in what we now call the product operating model. Along the way, I’ve built and led high-performing teams, scaled platforms, and delivered outcomes in complex high-growth environments. My leadership style is straightforward: support the people doing the work, remove friction, and build systems that help them succeed. I enjoy using stories, analogies, and visual frameworks to bring clarity, foster alignment, and support people and teams. These days, I’m focused on organisational clarity, system design, and performance culture: the kinds of things that make teams not just ship faster, but grow stronger. My passion remains rooted in people: how they learn, how they work together, and how leadership can support both. I’m a lifelong learner, with a few master's degrees behind me (and more in sight). I’ve been lucky to work across industries and borders, and every experience has broadened how I think and lead. My mantra? “Do less, better, and achieve more.”
