Mr. Boye-Møller has worked as a consultant and adviser on development issues for some 20 years with world wide travel and been posted in developing countries for some 15 years. As consultant/adviser the responsibilities have included mainly the position as team leader but also sector specific assignments have been undertaken. Mr. Boye-Møller possess profound knowledge and understanding of development issues from work in a range of positions from grass roots to managerial level. Proven experience and ability in preparation of feasibility and other studies in a wide range of project types and covering countries in Central /South America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and South East Asia including technical, environmental and institutional aspects. An Academic training combined with more than 35 years of professional experience from working with development issues including postings and numerous assignments in developing countries. A profound knowledge and understanding of development issues from work in a range of positions from grass roots to managerial level. Proven experience and ability in preparation of feasibility and other studies in a wide range of project types and covering countries in Central /South America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and South East Asia including technical, environmental and institutional aspects. Assignments have included industrial, infrastructure, rural and urban development projects in widely different environments including planning at macro (policy and strategy) as well as micro level. Having worked for extensive periods also at managerial level ability to function as team leader well proven for study teams as well as for project/field staff.
