Summary
In the late 90s, I opted out of a PhD program in the humanities and opted into an internet startup -- and I've been in the online space ever since. As Senior Product Manager at Intuit, I lead teams in defining a vision, validating our path with customer research and data, and planning sprints that result in (re)usable design, solid development, and data insights. I love to help cross-functional teams understand the software lifecycle and product teams to value business goals. I've delivered on multiple high-profile projects including new product development, accessibility, GDPR, and integrations. Current product management obsessions: effective team dynamics, compelling OKRs, learning from beta testing, insightful customer interviewing, and good, good design. I aspire to be a kick-ass master of dual track agile, who doesn't just talk about the values of data and taking risks but who experiments every single day!
