My background as CEO and co-founder of Glint, the leading employee engagement platform now a part of Microsoft, offered me an understanding of how vital growth and happiness are to the success of every organization. From 2004 to 2017, I was chairman and co-founder of Turn where I was CEO from 2004 until 2009. Before that, I was president of Overture Search, a division of Overture. I joined Overture via its acquisition of AltaVista, where I was CEO.
