Summary

Over 35 years working with software systems in engineering, scientific, and business systems with a focus on innovative solutions to real problems. In addition I have helped create technology focus groups, been a public speaker and author on business applications of technology, and have mentored individuals in areas both inside and outside of technology. For the last 4 years I have focused on areas related to organizational agility which has culminated in a product that can reduce process deployment times and costs by 40% to 60%. It is a two pronged approach. First it focuses a performance-based approach on process definition to dramatically reduce worker time-to-competency. Second, it adds a process deployment tool that simplifies and accelerates the deployment process while integrating proceses into the organizational structure. A typicaly by-product is a dramatic reduction in employee training programs where reductions have been as high 95%. We are interested in finding companies who would like to use agilty as a competitive tool. Because we can reduce the the times and costs of business process deployment by 40% to 60%, we can turn that to a company's advantage in almost any competitive situation.
