Summary
I’ve spent the last 30+ years building what came next. From pioneering digital video at TechTV and Revision3 to leading VidCon’s global expansion, I’ve been at the forefront of media, technology, and the creator economy since long before we called it that. As CEO of VidCon, I helped grow the event from a single conference into a global phenomenon with more than a million in-person and virtual attendees. I led its sale to Paramount and built out its international footprint—while still curating content, programming stages, and staying close to the community. Before that, I ran PC Magazine as editor-in-chief and took the reins at Revision3 when it was just a scrappy startup. Under my leadership, it became one of the first successful YouTube multichannel networks and was acquired by Discovery in 2012—years before “creator economy” entered the mainstream. Today, I publish Inside the Creator Economy, a weekly LinkedIn newsletter read by over 30,000 brand leaders, creators, execs, and strategists around the world. I also design and curate content for some of the leading creator economy events on the planet—from Las Vegas and San Francisco to Dubai, London, Singapore, and beyond— shaping, hosting, and moderating the conversations that matter most. I’ve been doing this for years—and I still love it. The reach, the energy, the impact—few can match it. If you're building in the creator economy, running an event, or just trying to figure out what’s next in media and tech—I’d love to help.
