Joel Yanowitz

Summary

Joel is a highly regarded advisor to senior executives seeking to accelerate performance and build strong teams. Joel an expert at facilitating executive team alignment and has successfully guided organization-wide change efforts involving thousands of employees. Joel is the founder and president of The Cascade Group and a co-founder of Innovation Associates. In addition to his consulting and coaching experience, he has held leadership roles in running companies, managing sales, and launching new organizations. From 1995-2000, Joel was a Vice President of Arthur D. Little, a global management consulting and technology development company, where he led the Organization Practice and co-led the Strategy Practice in North America. He has also had leadership roles on a number of corporate and non-profit Boards.
