Summary
My work ensures safe drinking water is available to my community. I protect public health and safety by leading a team of technical professionals in the oversight and regulation of public water systems in south-central North Carolina. I also volunteer as a member of my local Board of Health, helping to shape policy and provide leadership for my county. I have spent my career balancing the demands of being a citizen-soldier, serving my country and community. I have invested deeply in a rigorous schedule of life-long learning to hone my engineering, leadership, and management skills. I am proud of my work to protect others through government service as a member of the military and in my post-military years. I live in Fayetteville, North Carolina with my beautiful wife Mary Ann. I enjoy hiking in the Sandhills, driving my Jeep Wrangler (top off 3 seasons), and traveling throughout the state.
