I have had a truly transformational career journey. I started my career as a lawyer, then moved to a Training company owner, and now I am the head of the Global Learning team here at Autodesk. The common thread among all of those career journeys has been my curiosity and self-growth. Because I have a well rounded background, I love to share this context and imbue these ideas in to our Learning & Development team. Things that inspire me -- What would it look like to create a deliberately developmental team and actually be/model the Change we want to see across our Company? I’m working on it. But against the backdrop of this vision, our team is transforming and growing ourselves, while supporting the shift in the company to drive scaled learning across the organization. My team is awesome. They are passionate, curious, fun-loving, hard-working and most of all, we push each other to be even better professionally.
