Summary
I am currently pursuing my third master's degree. This one in is Mindfulness Based Transpersonal Psychology. The degree will be from Naropa University. I also have a master's in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from San Diego State University and a master's from New York University (Interactive Telecommunications). My BA is from Cornell University. To my clients for counseling and speech-language pathology, I bring years of experience having held senior management positions in the field of internet marketing communications in New York City, writing and directing feature films, and helping to launch a private school in Austin, Texas. Through San Diego State University, I have had internships at Field Elementary, Pershing Middle School, and Crawford High School. I have learned how to engage students while taking data, record my notes carefully, and to compose and present reports for IEPs. While at San Diego State University I volunteered in two labs, gained experience in giving assessments, and honed my skills in evaluating and applying research to clinical practice. I’m hard-working, organized, empathetic, and creative. I am seeking a challenging position where I can put my knowledge and experience into practice. I am confident that I can be of great service to your school district and would welcome the chance to discuss my qualifications. This new chapter in his life follows a long career detailed below! In my prior career, Jordan was the Director of Interactive for the world's leading Direct Marketing firm (Wunderman), the world's largest Japanese Ad Agency (Dentsu), and the world's leading Branding Agency (Interbrand). He developed and executed internet marketing and social media for Fortune 500 companies (American Express, Apple, AT&T,....) At The New York Times, I was focused on using the web to acquire and retain Home Delivery subscribers. I have written, directed, and produced three feature films and made videos for Verizon,and Sunburst Communications (an educational software/video content company). Those videos were seen by over 500,000 students nationwide.
