Summary

C-Level Executive, leading the People & Culture function, primarily, but with extended scope in Sustainability, Communications and Innovation in the past 10 years. Led those areas in listed and private owned companies and multinationals such as Eletrobras, CTG Brasil, Tigre Group and Novelis. In all of them, my best contribution happened in transformative and growth moments. Additionally, served in boards as member and chairman. My strategic vision, business accumen, analytical skills and results orientation are my main strenghts. I apply those experiences and competences in challenging projects and complex culture building, fostering healthier and more innovative workplaces. As executive vice president at Eletrobras, just after the privatization of the company, I led the people and culture transformation, improving the efficiency of the management processes, too. Also impacted positively the Safety records and results, a central value in the energy industry. In all of the previous companies, my work scope expanded, adding responsabilities in Sustainability, Communications and Innovation, in industries such as Services, Manufacturing, Construction and Energy, with impactful results, more innovation and fostering collaboration among leaders globally. Beyond the executive roles, I was member and chairman of BOD and BOAdivors for invested companies, startups and innovative companies in industries such as HRTechs, FinTechs and EdTechs.
